The disease pattern of hypertonia arises when the blood pressure remains high in the longterm. A temporary raise of blood pressure due to an illness or because of drugs are not considered as hypertonia.

The 15-minute program for this disease, which you can download online here, contains such exercises. It can also be performed by untrained people.
